I'd replace with Kanye. He wins the annual award until his death if you ask me. Since he wasn't an option, I went with Favre. Sending sexts with a picture of your pecker to a reporter isn't brilliant. Add that to his continued melodramatics and he's a sure winner.

Favre for sure. He's been on the fail course for a while now.

I voted for Mel though. He's the biggest failure on that list for multiple reasons.

I'm going to go with Snooki, even though she is the furthest thing from "celebrity" on this list.

Her IQ is lower than bread. She has no ambition besides partying, drinking, making a fool of herself publicly, and sexing every tool she can find that is stupid(drunk) enough to do it. The worst part? She is proud of it!!

The day I knew the world was going to end soon was for holloween. The news was talking about the most popular costume of 2010, and it was a Snookie costume!

Jesus, she is worse than ol' Mel for the very, very sad reason that stupid little girls the world over want to grow up to be just like Snookie!

Beiber will never touch this status in a million years.

As much as it pains me, the utter fail celeb of 2010 has to be Mel Gibson. How the heck did he mess up so badly? Can't even get a small part in Hangover 2? Jeez.

Justin Beaver because he exists. And that German fail is hilarious.

It has to be Brett Favre by far! He's failed enough this year to win the title for the next couple years. Of course in the offseason he throws his undecided stuff in the faces of the Vikings and forces them to give him a whole crap load of money just to come back. What's he do when he comes back? He turns out to be one of if not the worst quarterback in the NFL. At least if you pull all of that offseason crap perform well so that people forget about it but he's doing so badly Viking fans can't wait for him to retire. He took a team that went to the NFC championship game last year to a team that can hardly compete against other NFL teams.

On top of all that he is found out to be in some sexting scandal with a former Jet's reporter. What would make him send pictures of his man junk to a reporter? He's 40 years old with a wife and kids! Of all people he sends them to he sends them to a reporter who has the job of publicizing big news stories. Favre what were you thinking?

This turned out to be an abysmal end to an illustrious career for Brett Favre.
