Youtube Problem?

Hey im having a problem with youtube. It gives me a error code.

Can you go onto your account and click my videos and tell me if you get a error. I just made this new account and was uploading a ratchet and clank walk through then it started

I had problems with a DiRT 2 Trophy Video, I refreshed the page like 5 times and it worked.
The only errors ive had is uploading 1 vid twice.
