Default Whats Everyone Reading?

Wats up people, i am sure most of us love stories and possibly love reading.

Whats everyone reading right now?

myself i am deep into Soon I Will Be Invincible by Austin Grossman, its all about superhero cliches, its really funny esspecially when you know what superhero they are talking about considering they dont have the rights from DC or Marvel to actually say which character it is

i highly suggest it for a short good read

We Need to Talk About Kevin - Lionel Shriver

Two years ago, Eva Khatchadourian's son, Kevin, murdered seven of his fellow high-school students, a cafeteria worker, and a popular algebra teacher. Because he was only fifteen at the time of the killings, he received a lenient sentence and is now in a prison for young offenders in upstate New York.

Telling the story of Kevin's upbringing, Eva addresses herself to her estranged husband through a series of letters.

Fearing that her own shortcomings may have shaped what her son has become, she confesses to a deep, long-standing ambivalence about both motherhood in general and Kevin in particular.

It's a compelling, absorbing, and resonant story while framing these horrifying tableaux of teenage carnage as metaphors for the larger tragedy - the tragedy of a country where everything works, nobody starves, and anything can be bought but a sense of purpose - God Bless America(!)

I like reading novels. Now I'm reading One Hundred Years of Solitude - Gabriel García Marquez for the second time.

I'm reading Spirit Gate by Kate Elliot. A very good fantasy novel.

Before that I was perusing House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. A very strange book with 3 simultaneous stories running through the pages (literately)! Was excellent, even though reading some pages in a mirror was downright weird.

I wanted to read Revelation but, they didn't have it at B&N. So I just got Ascension. Really good so far. I'll be reading Revelation after this one.

I've been reading through a 5000 page manual of a turbine pump. Really. I'm about ready to drill my eyes out and fill my sockets up with screenshots of Buzz.
