Hard difficulty?!

How do I know what difficulty have i completed the chapter on?

I started my first playthrough on hard and switched to easy somewhere in between. Now I want to finish all of them on hard. Is there a way to know how many of first few chapters i have finished on hard?

Maybe you should try to complete the game backwards until you win the trophy.

This game is not all that difficult starting right off the bat on Hard. Some of the boss battles(Demolition Mech, Dogs, Rhino, etc.) were tricky, but once you figure out the pattern of the boss's attack, you'll get it......you'll die several times, but who hasn't during a boss battle.

If possible, I always start the game on the hardest difficulty(If there are difficulty related trophies). That way you get used to the level of play and it seems relatively normal, although tough.
