"Find the copy of Arcana Restored" BUG

So, i was looting some stuff in a dungeon when i found the book "Arcana Restored".
When i got to the winterhold mage guild, the librarian dude gave me a quest to go find this book, but i already had it in my inventory. When i follow the quest mark, it leads me to an empty chest and i cant give the book to the dude. I also can't drop it. Can anyone help me?

Reload an older save ,,, you made other saves didnt you? of course you did.

I did, but the problem is that i picked up the book in the beginning of my game. I'm not willing to start over for it.

, its easy done though pick somthing up that you regret later.
