And the glitch winner is...
Having palyed the game since release date, I've enountered many glitches which forced me to go berserk in many cases. Looking back now, i figured out there should be an in-game trophy which should be awarded to the person who managed to get a certain number of in-game glitches.
1. 2 of my followers decided to disappear, in one case the game woulnt allow me to recruit a new one..
2. Thieves guild mission, found out the house i had to loot was barricade from war remains.
3. When fast travelling, i ended up underground in Whiterun, and i could see people walking above me!
4. killed a dragon and my companion kept firing bolts (staff) at him, he also shot Imperial solidier and they came after me.
5. Captured the dragon in Dragonsreach and when i went back he was not there..
More input soon.. I am sure..

I only experienced 2 glitches that had me cursing, the Markarth Guard glitch and Aela was my wife and she fucked off with one of my dragon masks, my Volendrung and my Daedric Bow.
What a bitch!

I put down 1, 4, 5, 7, and 9. For me at least, though I can see other people marking the others.
1 because this is a bethesda game on ps3. Hell, I think this game was the glitchiest of all their games (even beating Fallout 3 which I beat before even patching it)
The one glitch that still just makes me mad was the no one at the fort battles glitch during the civil war.
Incidentally with regards to #7, I have said a similar phrase except I replaced damn with another four letter word.

I honestly was rather lucky and didn't have too many problems with the game on my quest to platinum. I did have one major glitch at the end of the Thieves guild questline that made me restart on a new game just to finish the Thieves guild and get my last trophy. Other than that though, the lag really wasn't too bad and I didn't encounter any major glitches, just some of the funny ones.

Get ready for my list:
• Freezes on loading screens all the time
• infinate loading screens all the time
• lags then freezes
• Map markers pointing no where (spot on the floor)
• People not turning up for fort battle
• Skull of coruption quest glitched
• followers disapearing
• markath bounty glitch
• many theives jobs glitched
• horses randomly float while walking then fall down to earth and die
• dragon souls not being absorbed
• NPCs corpses falling through the floor (annoying if they have a quest item you need)

Cicil war questline glitching, preventing further progress
Weapons dropping to 0 damage for like 5 hours :/
And lots of other minor bugs...

I've had freezes and the occasional slow down, but the real pain is that the mage's college quest line bugged on me. I finished Revealing the Unseen and Containment didn't trigger. I will likely have to start a new game for one trophy. So damn annoying.

I have experienced a few freezes and some lag, but that's understandable for how much memory the game takes up. To fix the lag problem, all you need to do is exit out of the game and then start it back up. For the freezing problem, I've noticed that it freezes if I try to load large map areas in quick succession, but I've only had this happen to me a couple of times.
The only glitch I have experienced is with the quest "Scoundrel's Folly".
I ran into the cave before Gulum-Ei entered and it automatically said that I had to go confront him. I made my way through the cavern, but he never showed up.
In the end, all I had to do was make my way back to the East Empire Company Warehouse and wait for him to enter the cavern. Apparently, if you advance before he does, he sits inside the Warehouse; make sure the quest is activated in your log and you'll be able to tell where he is.
There is one more glitch that I have encountered; Fragment: On Artaeum. I seem to have picked up the book before the Mage College, so it will not properly register as "completed". It's not a big issue though, so I just shrug it off.

Only ran into one glitch on my first playthrough and the lagging happened after two hours of playing after my savefile got a little over 12MB so not a big deal for me. Hopefully I have the same experience on my second playthough.
