Skyrim Enchantment help? - Yahoo! Answers It was the only thing I found on the matter. Start up with the Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild. I haven't finished the quests with these groups myself though so I can't confirm it.

Though you can't break down the Thieves/Dark Brotherhood items at an Arcane table, I've found a few sneak enchantment items from random dungeon loot, it might be worth checking if the Mage at Dragonsreach in Whiterun has any sneak items as he sells quite a few bits and pieces.

A while back at one of the general merchant shops I came across an amulet that fortified sneak 30%ish, I don't really remember too clearly. But anyways it was either Belethor's shop in Whiterun or the Dark Elf's in Winderhold, so I'd check there. The Khajiit travelling merchants also tend to carry a good amount of enchanted items.

So far I have read many sites and they all say the same thing, And you know what?
I laugh. If anyone took their time and walked through the game they would notice a few constant magic items in certain spots, like the sneak gear you get on a thieves guild quest that requires you to do a certain amount of JOBS before they give it to you. I cannot remember what the Quest was called But you were required to infiltrate a enemy "thieves guild" burn their insignia and kill the boss. Once you kill him and get his set you will basically have a new set of Thieves guild armor with a few adjustments being 1 handed weapon on the gloves, and boots with sneak. Each piece can be Disenchanted. Enjoy |
