List of Mission mode missions

Does anyone know of a site I can look up all of the mission mode missions? I've unlocked all of the playable characters and beaten their missions, but the trophy will not unlock, so I think I missed one or a hidden one.

My problem is with mission mode story missions, right now. I've unlocked all of the characters and cleared all of their story missions, but they trophy has not unlocked, so I am missing at least one.

See my guide I'm working on this weekend, it has a complete list including story missions, just not the req for all, yet.
