Unlocking Quess?

Ok i have no clue how to do this i don't know why but i made the character a newtype with amuros message but no quess. How did u unlock her? what am i doing wrong?.

its no problem you have to be a non newtype and have a good relationship with her then shel send you mail then you have to do a friendship mission with her then you become a newtype - AceValour
