Just joined because I found this guide from a search and has been helping a lot

But.......when I unlocked all the capitals in conquest I never got a movie, so I don't think that is the exact requirement (unless the game hates me )

I had the same problem... but i did unlock the movie at another (random) time afte rcompletimng a lot of the other conquest areas..

I think you will find it near the bottom of the map close to "Flowers Amidst the Chaos", close to a capital city. My apologies if this isn't 100% accuraute hope it helps.
