No i've got her's. After 6 battles there's about a 15% chance of the town turning friendly. So just keep her as your adjutant and you should get it eventually.

Seems like Cai came down with a case of the "cobwebs". I had that problem with Wang Yi as well.

There should be some limit as to when they become friendly. After all, a 15% chance could (potentially) go on forever, so the trophy is based on random luck. Terrible.

I had the same problem with Wang Yuanji no matter what I did she won't become friendly i had including her 4 more characters to go I started to continually do the escape of guan yu cao cao side after 10 times she finally become friendly. Other 3 character did the same thing it took about 40 minutes total to get the 3 trophies. I don't know if this method might help since the stage take more or less than 2 minutes to complete.

it could be worse, you could already have everyone's voices unlocked and not have the trophy pop up, then proceed to start all over since there's no way to figure out who you haven't achieved friendly status with.

I'm not sure but I think if you play with characters from the same faction you get friendly quicker. I'm currently playing with Lu Bu (going for 1000 battles) and when I made Diao Chan my adjutant I got friendly after ONE battle.
