If I make a new PSN ID can I still use Uplay?

I'm making a new PSN ID (I have nothing I don't mind loosing so yeah). I've already redeemed the Uplay code on my current PSN, when I make a new one how can I still use this code?

The uplay pass is free in the store anyways so it shouldn't really matter

Oh yes, the printing code error! Thank god for that I think its stupid they even have online codes in the first place.

It doesn't affect me too much because I usually buy new, even if it's months old, but yeah it's a bit of a pain.

I always do too, but it always comes in the way in situations like this, I was very lucky that the codes got messed up.
