Question on All Items Trophy.

Do you need to do every fight in every battle zone as well to get every item? Like the hidden path ones as well?

no you just have to play battle or ultimate zones until you got 18's kiss

No, but you might as well because you have to complete each characters galalxy to a certain point to get those trophies anyway. Also helps with getting the pictures too
