Could be your NAT type. Dirt 2 was just about the only game I had no problems with back when my NAT was type 3. I had to change it to type 1 once Dirt 3 came out. Also, since it was the double xp, it could be that those 'existing games' already have a full lobby, therefore wouldn't show up in your search. Unfortunately for me you were right. I got NAT Type 3 which makes it harder to find a decent game. I've tried several solutions so far and nothing works. In my old house I've already fixed this problem once without any trouble at all.

To give an idea of the situation. I rent this appartment from the owner of the company below us. They have a very nice internet connection we can use (included in rent). The cable is plugged into our router to divide the signal over our systems.

In July the company switched to another ISP. Up till than there were no problems, but after that and some active playing I noticed the difficulty to find a decent game.

So far I can not fix it, but I'll look into it once more.
