I'm near completion of this game but can't sign in for the life of me

Why is DiRTNET the shittest online server around.

I'm sorry to hear that you've not been having a great experience with DiRTNET. I find the following technique works quite well for getting a connection:

1 - Go outside to the noticeboard section
2 - Try to view the current tournament details
3 - Wait. You will either sign in or you will see an error message after 60 seconds
4 - If you see the tournament details, you are signed in. If not, go back to step 2
5 - If you still can not connect after 2 or 3 attempts, then there is either a problem with your connection or a problem with the servers

everythings was fine and today DirtNET is not signing anymore.
hmpf... one tournament to go.
