About to start, wondering....

if at any point i get seen, or someone pulls am alarm on me, what do i do, reload save file or hit PS3 button then load again?

it doesnt matter what you do in the game you are not going to get punish by the choices you do in this game but if your going for the trophy then yea restart to last checkpoint

Yeah this game seems very hard with shooting people, didn't know there is a trophy for beating the game without triggering an alarm or killing someone.

the only people you are required to kill are the bosses, so even with a stealth character just fully upgrade your typhoon for them

Hey, one last thing, when u hear someone say, hey, is there someone their, that doesn't mean you were spotted right?

Im pretty sure as long as your screen doesnt say alarmed you are ok. Also im pretty sure that your sig is WAY too big. Better fix it before the mods to it for you

They just heard you and went to investigate it. No, it's not counted as being seen. You can also pick an object up and throw it across the room and they will go investigate it in the area you threw it at. It's like a decoy but the cloaking ability is all you really need to stealth easily.
