Need help "The Last Straw" -spoilers-

i tried 2 times and i have to knock out or kill Doctor Isaias Sandoval.i win a social battle against Bill Taggart.i convinced Zeke Sanders to let his hostage go.i don't kill any Purity First members in the sewer.What am i doing wrong.please help and thanks.

Same thing happened to me in my 1st playthrough, even if u win the social battle or hacked the PC, its glitched. Dont do any sidequest before you finish this main quest, I get this on my 2nd playthrough, win against Taggart, ignore the sidequest or just accept it but leave it be, head to the sewer, sneak through enemies and those mines, you will get the cutscene that Adam just open the door, not bashing it, and voila Sandoval is talking w Taggart.

thanks it worked.i think "Smash the State" side quest glitched it.i got the trophy thanks again
