Sorry, I did not word my response well. I just meant, you do NOT get a pure clearstone from saving ostrava in 1-2, only saving him in 1-3. Yes, you can also get it from some lizards.

Don't forget to equip the large Sword of Searching when going for stones from lizards. It helps along with a high luck stat.
