What are the tank and scorpion packs? Are they from the PSN Store?

Yes, you get them from the psn store. They're add-on packs that add extra inventory slots, armor, weapon designs, and a couple of more things and they look good! You can also use them to help you beat the game on impossible difficulty if you need to as well. They don't affect trophies. Well good luck and hope this helps!

Just bought it used for $8 (after my girl's employee discount). I'm about 1/3 of the way through and I'd say it's definitely worth more than $20 new.
