Thanks for the sweet guide CHUCK! Hopefully I get my 4th Plat with this game, everything is relatively easy except for 50% Canon thing... (had 38%) on Normal playthrough! Thinking of doing Normal twice (or until wherever the trophies finish at) then Impossible which I will enjoy if it's anything in the same veins as Uncharted!

BTW will the Canon be easier on Easy, might dedicate a separate playthrough just for that, since I suck at asteroid space shooting with floaty controls that require pin-point accuracy type of games! Gimme Super Stardust HD instead!

Nope sorry the cannon parts difficulty are the exact same no matter what difficulty the game is on. Yeah that was my worst part too.

The canon wasn't that bad.. Got it on my 5th or 6th attempt with 51% shield left ^^ Takes a while to work out a tactic and then it's not a problem.

I just got platinum for Dead Space! Thanks for the great guide which really helped a lot. I didn't really have that much problem with the *Don't get cocky kid* trophy. I got it in my second try [on normal]. I just concentrated mostly on the middle asteroids mostly but i still went for the side ones when I could.I would usually go for the big ones first even if there was little ones coming. I ended up with 67% which I think is pretty good on my second try.

I've beaten this game on Normal and got 35 of the 49 trophies during that first run. I've been reading through this thread and want to make sure I have this straight before I try to get the rest of the trophies.

I can load my CLEARED GAME save, which will start a new game on the same difficulty, with all my gear carried over so I can get the ones like Maxed Out, leftover Kill 30 Enemies, etc, correct? But I wouldn't be able to use that save for the One Gun trophy, as I had used other guns during the first playthrough and it's just a continuation of that save.

So once I'm done with the trophies from the above 2nd partial run, I can then do as BootrossBear describes above and load my CLEARED GAME save again, quit and load a new game on Impossible. In that Impossible run, since it will be a new game, I will be good to go getting One Gun, Epic Tier 3, etc.

Will that work? Or is it as chucknorris describes and you can only pick Impossible after beating the game? If so, I suppose I can just load my save from before the Hive Mind on Normal, beat it and continue on in Impossible.

Not true. You can load your cleared game and get maxed out, one gun, and whatever other little ones besides the impossible trophy on that 2nd playthrough.

I personally got maxed out + one gun on my 2nd playthrough.

Word, thanks. I think I'll just start a 2nd playthrough then to get some of the lingering ones like Kill 30 W/ Flamethrower, then quit and restart to go for One Gun.

What I did was that i got One Gun on my first playthrough normal then I loaded it to get maxed out and 30 kills for w/e weapon. Then all I had left was impossible which didn't take a long time for me.

Yeah, unfortunately I did my first run-through without trying for One Gun, so now I have to either try Impossible with One Gun or run the game two more times.

Lol that's going to be hell if u try one gun on impossible mode. My friend did that and it took him so long lol. But on the other hand, if u want a challenge i suggest that's what u do. Just sell every other ammo u get, dont buy guns, get the armor upgrades as fast as u can, and you could get threw it i guess lol.

*Edit*

Also, you can play another playthrough on normal or easy to get one gun then go for impossible but that would take way too long lol so I suggest you try it on impossible, but if you seriously cant and you've tried everything, then I suggest doing normal or easy again for it.
