Maybe i have a free code

I had 2 code. I inserted one on the US store and i downloaded the game. The other one i thougth it was the online pass for Dead Space 2 so i inserted it too, but it was another Ignition, i didnt dowload the game so. Does the second code still works for anyone else if i didnt do the download or code gonna b unvalided from now?
