Question regarding weapon upgrades

I need 6 more weapon upgrades, but have no idea what levels the upgrades are in.

Is there any way to check which collectibles you have gained in each level? The only way I can think of is going back to the levels where I've only earned 4 stars (I have 46/50). I've done Chapter 2 & 3 again, and have picked up all the upgrades (the summary screen at the end shows "Upgrades: 0/0").

The only other way is to do a whole new playthrough...

Don't you choose your favourite weapon at the beginning of a level you already completed? Try all weapons by clicking on them and check which one is missing upgrades (=green dots). Then you compare the missing ones with the collectibles guide.

For example, if your Contact Beam has only 3/4 upgrades installed, I'd bet the one missing is the one in Chapter 10.
