First time morbid playthrough. No deaths all campaign. Running to the helicopter, thought I'd turn round and fire a blade cannon at the zombies chasing me for extra points.

Big mistake.

Just needed to vent. Word to the wise: if you get to the end and just want to finish, don't turn around and kill them for more points...

I know exactly what you mean OP. A few months ago when I was really onto this game I got to the chopper, rather 1 move from the safe "green zone" but in my excitement of completing Morbid I stopped for a millisecond and got flashmobbed, inches from the chopper. I couldn't beleive it.

That made me put the game on the backburner for awhile.
I'm picking it up again soon as I only need 2 more trophies, but this time I'll just run like hell to the chopper and not care about getting one last multiplier. I still have the save, I'm at the last checkpoint in highway to hell but may have to restart the whole campaign just to get my skills back to where they were.
