Why don't you guys just get the location guide on our sister site and go to every single location? It'll take some time but at least you'll know if you're glitched or not.

Yeah this is the easiest way, but I advise you go to the locations marked as easily missable first

Turns out my last location was at the end of the hotel quest where you go steal the truck. It must have glitched somehow in my last play through and didn't register.

Alright! I finally got the trophy and quite possibly have the solution to those that have the 71/72 bullshit.

I went to the dock at Moresby where the boat leads you back to the city to get supplies. I think the place is called Waterfront Harbor or near the area. I have no clue how it didn't count it for me the first time I was there, but it worked for me. Give it a try!

I duno how so many people miss this, I played the game through without patching it (wanted to play completely offline once through) and did everything, all missions, all sidequests, contious (atleast once) went after the skulls and so on.

When I completed it I was at 71/72, I just patched the game and it gave me the trophy on loading my second play through of same character.

I think alot of it is down to people being lazy and not wanting to do all the hard work of doing every quest etc, I just sat back and enjoyed the game, played it till I thought I'd got my moneys worth and the trophy came to me naturally

Failing that, make sure ya got the beach below the water pumping plant (morseby)

was probably the last one I got and seemed easy to miss due to the fact I thought it was just part of the plant or street area (Its not)

**Also** I explored pretty much every part of all the maps I'd left out, once id got to about 54/72 and found that this isnt really necessary, seems to be specific locations and area openings rather than mass exploration.
