if you do all the main quests and the majority of the side quests, you will get all 71 locations, patch 1.02 will give you the 72nd location. it really isnt that hard to find all the locations. if youre missing something, just look at what is green on your map or find some more side quests.

I have latest patch - it added 1 location indeed - and now I have 56 locations. Instead of 57, and I'm at the point of no return - prison. I've searched everywhere - I have no dark spots on maps I can reach and still 1 is missing.

i don't have the patch yet. though i do know sometimes no vendors carry the oleander. so save and quit the game. go back in and try to find it. should work. if not. turn off the game, back to xmb. then back in. worked for me when i had this problem. i was at level 40-43 and needed $400,000 worth of oleanders to get to level 50.

Platinum trophy is doable now glitches have been fixed on PS3, no DLC needed just new patch

well, apparently you didnt search everywhere or else you would be at 57 before you went to the prison.

to help lordgremlin out - - quite often even when the map is seen to be green it could be a building that you need to travel inside of to unlock the last location, or instead of doing the majority of side quests, try completing all of them!! I was at a point before the patch thinking there was one more location and loads of the map wasn't green but none of it uncovered a location.

i cant say what one he missed. do the side quests, they will take you to EVERY location. period. if youre missing a location, you missed a side quest and i cant say which one you missed. i said this in a previous post and yet njwalsh says the same exact thing yet somehow i gave them bad advice.

i saw someone posted maps and threw it in the guide because i figured it would help someone. there arent any maps anywhere else. there were other maps with exact locations on the sister site and they got pulled down cuz it was from copyrighted material or something like that.

christ, go over to the 360 guide. theres no maps there. theres no mention of where the skulls are/what they do. you dont see any complaining over there like you do here.

also, i dont have plat because its unattainable in the US due to the glitch. if the glitch wasnt there, i would have been one of the first. but being "sour" over not being able to get a plat yet, thats a laughable assumption.

again, like the mods have repeated time and time again, if you hate the guide make one yourself... or just stop using mine and use 360's guide instead.

I love when people demand answers or ask others what locations their missing, who the hell knows, it's your game. I will say though to some people that are having trouble, I've explored as much green as possible in the game it's counts named locations like "diamond bungalows" , some 2ft of green won't be a location.

Just wondering, is there a pic of what the platinum trophy looks like?

For those who can't seem to stop taking shots at this guide - you are not going to be warned again. There are only 2 people here still complaining, so it's obviously not a case of the guide "is wrong", otherwise more people would be saying something. We know you don't like the guide. We get the point. Now move on, because 8Bit obviously is not going to change the guide to your liking and we aren't going to ask him to.
