Last lifeshard need help

Ive been wandering around the ashlands for my final lifeshard looking for the room that has 7 of the drop down heads. I've watched a video guide but cannot for the life of me find how to get to this area, thanks for the help

In the Ashlands, go to the drills and drop down in the hole into the water (or the one where you get the Overlord artifact) when you emerge from the water you will be there..
