Is there a way to go back to eden?? I think i am missed wrath shard there~

Yes there should be a serpent hole by azrael near where you get the first sword piece

Note this is also where you have to go to fight the destroyer...so when you get there DONT talk to Azrael just jump in the portal thats there!

thank you guys~ and i have one more quetion if i killed destoryer then i can't continue for the trophies?

That's right. Once you have the Armageddon Blade and talk to Azrael you will be sent to fight the Destroyer and after that the game is over. So create a savegame before talking to Azrael.
