i collected relic # 2 twice and quit and it didnt count do i have to finish the all chapter for it to count

I don't think you have to finish the chapter, I think you can just get to the next save point. I could be wrong, but that's usually how it's done.

Your right about the checkpoint but I think thus relic is near end chapter so I played to end of chapter to guarntee it saved

You don't have to finish the chapter. You simply have to reach the next auto save. If you collected a relic but died without reaching a save point. Then you'll have to go back and recollect that relic over again. The current guide doesn't mention that info.

so what happens when i check my relics collection, i have 2 not found on my list to get but i collected them but still says 27 out of 29, so i go to chapter select go to the place where the relics are in the video but they are already collected and not there, the two i need but already have collected are "the blinding sun" and the "winged demon"
