anyone else have this issue?

First issue, is when I start the game, or any other menu, it scrolls down the menu on its own.
I deleted and reinstalled the game several times, same thing keeps happening.

Secondly, I created & uploaded 7 levels, I went start the eight and and it started me in the "make/erase one large area" option in creating levels. The start button was shaded out so I cant do anything but quit the game in XMB.

I erased my save data and it works again, however the self scrolling menu is still an issue.

Do I need to create 12 more levels since my save data is erased or will it save on the server?

I have exact same issue but it scrolls up. And if I try to play other created levels it just freezes the cube and i can't move or press start.

i remember this happened to me on another game. it was the controller though. the left analog stick got so messed up from call of duty games that it started to get stuck in one direction or another.
