I've completed this on both the 360 and the PS3 and I've have to give it a 3/10 because while most of the game is really easy with cheats, some of the hunter missions (especially London) can be frustrating, though doable in a few tries.

A 2 for me, after using the unlimited turbo boost cheat and with the help of the video in the guide to get the spy points, quite easy.

Gave it a two. Getting bronze in all missions is near impossible to mess up with unlimited turbos, and I didn't have any problems with any of the Hunter missions. I was finding a couple of the collectables really tricky to reach until I realised the some of the cars jumped higher than others.

Gave this a 1, incredibly easy if you have played the first. For those wondering, you do not need the cheats, this is a cake walk.

2 for me, only difficulty for me was the perfect starts (I completed the main races without doing a single one :/), was easy when I changed to my old dodgy controller which has no spring on the R2, made it much easier .
