There are no private matches so you need to be very fast at joining with you boosting partners then the host starts the match once all 4 are in the match.

Get 4 people and create a chatroom so to make sure u are all ready to go and try to join the game at the same time, i helped a few friends with some trophies recently doing this and we got in the same game np so u should be ok boosting the trophies that u want

I was a bit worried about how long a mil XP would take but after playing it, it really doesn't seem like its going to take long to do legit. I got $50000 after 2 games of Manhunt yesterday. The game is structured in such a way that new players can earn themselves a mint by killing players that are really good. Once the wild west trophies are completed, I'd only imagine the rest would take another 10-20 hours to do legitimately

Unfortunately, you cannot have a private match but you can host a match and start a chatroom with the 4 people you want to boost with and make sure they all join at the same time.
