My two cents about Platting this:
Hey you guys! I just platinumed this the legit way and I must say, what a game! I had a blasty blast playing this and the sense of satisfaction you get after that Plat popping is just great! It's totally doable, If I managed to get it done in a total of 4 days(veteran alone took me 2), you most definately can. All you need is patience, and a motherload of it. Just take your time, move from cover to cover, and expect to die hudreds and hundreds of times. Take the route that suits you best, remember the AI spawn patterns, and ALWAYS stay in cover. Also if you get spammed with nades, fall back asap, you don't lose anything, the AI registered your progress and will stay on that spot, they won't move back with you; so regain health and get back into the battle! Good luck to all!

Yeah I know, people should get their silent warrior on and start beating this cat, coz it's really not that bad. Also where you put it that I played the FULL ITALIAN version, language which is unfamiliar to me; even with this issue I had a great time...

I too loved this game! Fun to play and so rewarding when the platinum popped up.
I did it over a long period completing it on veteran and then re-renting it and cleaning up about 6 months later. Really really fun game.

As long as you go into this platinum run with the knowledge that you are going to die hundreds if not thousands of times then your rage will be at a minimum. Keep on trucking and you will have one proud platinum.

lolz 4 days?! I first started getting trophies for this game back in.... March of '09, so around the time of when the first map pack for WaW came out. I was only renting it for a little while, and I didn't earn that many trophies (as I wasn't as serious into trophy hunting back then as I am now). Then I rented the game again back in April of this year I believe, and I platinumed it 100% with all the DLC trophies in July, so about 2 and a half years for me to beat this game completely XD But that moment putting the Russian flag on top of the Reichstag, seeing that last Veteran trophy pop, along with the trophy for beating the campaing on Hardened or Veteran and the Platinum trophy, was truly an inspirational moment for me

Congratulation on platinum in four days... sounds like something to be proud of.
(On an unrelated note, I didn't know that X360 had achievements for prestige 1 and 10, but PS3 didn't have the trophies!) |

Well 1) They are worth 0 Gamerscore, so not anything to go on there in terms of trophies and 2) Nobody REALLY wants to go and play multiplayer until they have prestiged 10 times just to get the platinum. That would have been 1000x WORSE than playing through the game on Veteran.

LOL, after completing the vet campaign I lost all the resolution to get the platinum, and I miss something like 3 trophies
