Glitches in 'Eye of the Storm'

I had a couple glitches when playing the campaign mission 'Eye of the Storm' on veteran.

I died during the big fight where you had to destroy the tank. It put me back to very start of the mission. Wtf??

Then for some reason they spotted me and were onto me right before the big fight, I just climbed over the fence and jumped down. Just like usual, but they saw us for some reason. And I got hit through the wall, with very little damage.
Then they came around the corner and killed me. Wtf?

And the first time I reached the big fight, it took much longer than usual for Price to show up and take out the scouts on the roof. I thought I had to kill them :S
And the 2nd time he came much faster, I couldn't aim at them.
Wtf?

Anyone else experienced this?

Uhh....no? Might just be a problem with your cd, try changing it even if it isn't scratched or extremely smudged.

It's fully clean. Like all my cds are, I take good care about that stuff.

Either delete game data, or get a new CD. Or, as this is a problem for some games (mw2 crashing sometimes when connected to PSN), try disabling WIFI before playing.

Stop right there. This happened once. The 2nd time I died I spawned at the good checkpoint. My cd is fully clean, it's just an ingame glitch.
