I didn't have to change it or anything, it was just there one day. Try refreshing it by clicking the 'use clan title'?

I've went from clan title to normal title back to clan title many times already, so that probably won't work.

For those who didn't know, the emblems we'd seen a few months back are clan emblems, and a fix is incoming later this week
