mw3 theater mode rendering clips currupted?

everytime i render my mw3 clip it goes to a 29 sec video to a 5 sec video? i dont know if this is me or is the patch 1.06 screwed up the theater mode cause lots of ppl are having this problem.

I have a lot of problems with the rendering. Sound is strange, Different weapons than the one I used are showing, first couple of seconds missing etc.
