Haven't used many guns so far, thought I'd level up certain ones first, using the UMP45 for some games and the L118A for others, really liking the sniper though, thank god for the return to MW sniping.

Okay, I've played enough now to know my favorites. (3rd Prestige)

SMG: MP7
AR: G36c
Sniper: MSR
Shotgun: Striker
LMG: None but M60 if I had to pick

Favorite overall gun: MP7 Rapid Fire

SMG: P90 w/ Extended Mags & Rapid Fire
LMG: PKP Pecheneg w/ Red Dot Sight & Grip
Sniper: L118A
Shotgun: Striker w/ Extended Mags

Overall Weapon Use: Striker w/ Extended Mags

I loved using the Striker shotgun in MW2 and I will continue to use the Striker.

ACR 6.8 and the UMP 45, Purley because it acts more like an AR than a SMG...

AR: ACR 6.8
SMG: MP7 (A real SMG...)
Shotgun: Striker
Sniper: L118A
LMG: errrr... Probably MK46

Sniper: Barrett 50 Cal
LMG: None really, but if I had to say one it would be the MG36
