If you beat veteran you will quickly beat the other difficulties, since the damage is less and you will be able to find health packs, but you might have some overconfidence deaths.

Unfortunately I am starting this game over. Stupid YLOD. I was almost all the way through veteran when it happened which sucks because I was struggling on just about every mission.

Hardened is rediciously easier than veteran, i finished veteran yesterday and today when i started hardened i was like wtf?? health packs allower the place, if you use tactics like you use them on vet, hardened is a breeze

If you beat vetern before you play it on hard, hard seems really easy.

Gah, guys i got great break after beating vet and now im struggling in hardened pegasus bridge, lol. I hope i'll clear it soon >.<

Playing on Hardened now...and this is a b!tch. I dread the thought of Veteran after this. The accuracy and damage from the AI is brutal

The redeeming thing about Veteran is that the deaths feel fair. Anytime I get shot I feel like it is because I wasn't being careful enough (and you have to be super careful) or just didn't implement my tactics well enough. Being a quick shot and using cover and zoom work wonders. Every time I die I know I just have to play better.

I haven't finished it on Veteran yet, so maybe my opinion will change, but it has been a fun challenge.

Does veteran have ANY healt packs in the missions? If it doesn't have this will be a hard one for me. I was so frustrated many times when I was going trough on Black Ops veteran

No, there's no health packs in veteran.

I finished veteran mode today, and I've started going through hardened mode now. I'm literally breezing through levels on this difficulty. (So annoying that the 3 difficulty trophies don't stack!!)
