Used this guide to get my zombies trophies (and my platinum). Worked well, with a few modifications.
After turning on the power at stage 4, I stayed on the table until I had around 30k. The thief should come around every 4-5 rounds, so I used that as an opportunity to refill my ammo. Just move carefully towards the drop, and you'll pick it up while on the table. I used this same method to pick up everything else that dropped from the regular zombies in each round. Luckily, my glitched door wasn't breached by zombies. With my 30k I went to the mystery box. Unfortunately, all I got was the ballistics knife, so I kept that and a ray gun, used 10k to PAP both of them, and then got back on the table. The PAP ray gun was to speed up the next several rounds and to conserve ammo; the ray gun shot would frequently net from 200 to 600 points per shot, and there are a lot of bullets. I would average about 4k points a round, and the rounds would end much quicker to boot. Once I got another 30k, I waited for the next Thief round, ran to the mystery box, and got my crossbow on my 2nd try. One PAP and a few failed crossbow shots, and I got my trophies. Ended in Round 20. Thanks for the guide. |

I found an easy (and somewhat dumb) way to avoid zombies at glitched door garantied.
As you start the game, with player 2 creating the glitch and jumping or when player 1 starts the jump, if any zombie start coming from the glitched door (you see them coming from the end of that hall), just restart. Keep restarting until you get a session when you hear zombies breaking other doors but with no-one coming from glitched door. Why is that? Before turning on the power, there are 2 zombie access that doesn't work, just need that one of them is glitched door. This way you don't need to worry about rebuilding the door. What I did (last night got the knife trophy): round 1: p2 buys rifle and glitches the door, jump the table and prone on side away from glitched door. p2 buy shotgun, kills some zombies (not all) by stabbing (130$ each), buys rifle and jump. By the time player 1 gets to the table, it's still round 1, kill any zombie left. round 2 (and so): p1 kills and kills... And, when any ammo item is around (should be near, you MUST try to get the zombies as close as you can), prone and carefully get it without droping from the table. It's ok it they kill you, as long as you got the ammo, p2 can revive you, without leaving his position. by round 14 you should have 40k+. You can do the next step early, but just for being sure everything will be ok. Kill and kill until you see zombies start to come from windows. Try to pay attention to when the last 2 or 3 comes, so you can run to the basement with at least 1 zombie with FULL health (this is crucial). Do the basement (you can buy the shotgun at the defcon elevator, if wanted) asap, so you can return via teleporter (the one near the switch is ussually the right one to table/glitched door floor). If done right, you got to the table before the zombie dies of old age XD. And, if done right, the thief start coming at round 15. If not, keep killing untill thief comes. Please NOTE that once the power is ON, zombies will come from glitched door, so continue at your own risk. If want to be sure, restart. The only hard part is to turn on the power and return before round 15 starts. If thief is after player 1, let him have your goodies, so he start running after player 2. P1 can go with easy to the basement, open all doors needed and keep trying to get the crossbow and knife or the collector trophy. The annoying part comes here, looking for the right teleporter to defcon floor, I don't know how to make it fast, just keep trying and trying, but there's no hurry. Open the PaP room, upgrade, return, jump to table and kill the thief with player 2. Keep at least 1 grenade to kill yourself. Thief will have a LOT of hp, so you should unload all your ammo and still stab him carefully so you don't fall. To be sure anything weird happens, don't shoot him w/ p1. Thief dead, wait for a generous amount of zombies, shoot arrow, suicide p2 with grenade, throw him the knife. And voila. ![]() Hope this helps, and of course, THANKS to all previous strategies, without them I couldn't find my own way. ![]() EDIT: platinum'ed. Just got my last trophy, sacrificial lamb at first try with this tip. 100% or we refound your money XD. Last edited by Gold-St; 04-02-2012 at 11:58 AM. |

Can someone please confirm what you have to do for the sacrificial lamb trophy?
I spent hours yesterday trying it. I upgraded the crossbow and shot at my partner and lay prone end of the table, but all I got was 3-4 kills I think, I kept doing this for 4-6 hours and I still didn't get it, what I'm I doing wrong??? On another note maybe next time I should try to get 'Insta Kill' and then shoot my partner? |

For me it was about round 18(?), and it took 2 attempts. I think the first explosion softened them up a bit and the second killed them. In later rounds the zombies might be too tough to kill. I guess you could try shooting the bunch of zombies to injure them, before attempted the sac lamb? |
