Do I need to start Veteran again?
I was playing black ops and got frustrated and so lowered the difficulty so I could get through. Now I see that on the guide it says it can glitch if you play the specific missions on Veteran. I read the solution but not quite sure I understand how, if someone could give me a step by step I would be grateful. Thanks

Just repeat the mission you did on normal on veteran, should make it go back to normal. If it glitches you can just re play the said missions anyway, you don't need to start all over again.
