So I successfully got all the red bars to level 5 and the trophy didn't pop...I went to play the Whitetail Level again and my bar reset to 1...Am I missing something here? I jumped around between all the levels...may this affect why it isn't popping?

When the red bar is maxed out at level 5, you only completed lvl 4. You have to replay them all once more so that the red bar is reset at lvl 1.

So you if you have all bars at 5 then you just need to do each one once more
