Brutal Legend - Buy or Rent? or rent than buy?

OK guys, im really all torn up right now… I need some serious advice here. So I gamefly’d Brutal Legend, loved it… cant see myself doing the storyline again but I still got to get a lot of trophies/achievements and LOVE the soundtrack… my girlfriend accidently sent the game back today instead of resistance 2. IM wondering if its worth a buy on black Friday for 35$? Or after you get all the cheevos is it not worth it? Im just wondering if this is going to be another beautiful katamari where the game came out a while ago but it still sells for like 30$ because its sucha great game and no one ever sold it back to GameStop, disc replay, etc.

Also I think im going to get uncharted 2 for 35$ from gamefly with their keep option and my gamefly dollars, does anyone see that game getting cheaper on its own anytime soon?

But I might as well answer your question.
If you don't see yourself playing story mode again then DON'T buy it because the online is so fucked up that the onlything left really is story mode. So if you don't plane on doing story mode again it would be a major waste of money. I love the game as well but with the online so messed up, story mode is all it has.
If your still intent on finishing the trophies (good luck with "Conqueror" lol) then rent it again.

Definently rent again, no reason to purchase it without another playthrough... put that $35 to a game you have yet to play that intrests you

As for uncharted 2, i dont see it dropping past that all to quickly... Either way though Uncharted 2 is a great deal at the full $60

Appreciate your responses dudes! And gamefly gave me a great deal! I have uncharted 2 coming to me and I can choose to keep it for 35$... and then add the 20$ gamely dollars they have awarded me for beign with them for so long and at 10% discount I get and im getting it for around 13$. So im pretty happy about that!

Woah, that's an awesome deal for Uncharted 2.
And, yeah. Just rent it again. It's not worth your money if you're not planning to play through the story again.

Gotta love the gamefly dollars and the discount I remember getting batman begins for free it's the only thing I miss about gamefly.

I rented uncharted 2 and brutal legend from gamefly

Immediately used my gamefly bucks (25) my 10% discount, and got uncharted 2 for like 15 bucks.

Still have brutal legend. Dunno if I'll ever get all the damn trophies. Gotta play brutal still, 50 online matches = the suck
