I guess practice makes master. Personally I was just some 5 mins away on first attempt and then 3 mins away, then on 3rd attempt beat it by under 10 seconds! xD
My best advice is that if you don't instantly remember how to solve one of the levels press the pause button and watch a youtube guide on how to do it! You don't have time to waste on figuring it out. If you keep on having trouble with one of the levels, practice on finding a "secure"/"easy" way of doing it even if it costs you a couple of seconds longer. I would also like to say I've heard it is possible to do under 30 minutes, so it's totally doable in 45 minutes! |

This is probably the next elaborate trophy I will attempt. I beat the whole game without any online tips but I'll be using those videos for the speed run. I definitely need to practice the ladder jumps. Thanks to everyone who posted tips.

I finally did it!!! i spend 2 full days learning the game inside and out and i finally finished the speed run in under 45 mins (40:54 mins to be exact). it took a long time and bad words were uttered, but its done!!!
the only advice i can give is remember everything and use the videos posted on the first page, you'll want to be ready to solve a puzzle before it starts on your speed run. good luck to other people still going for this
