Glitched trophy advice please

hi,
I have purchased the GOTY edition and was wondering if face melter, master exploder and 1.21 gigga watts are still glitched?
If they are is there a work around or will they pop after say 30 kills etc.?
Or should i be saving then re loading if the trophy does not pop.

I don't think you should worry about it.

I had no problems getting them while playing with the GOTY edition. Just make sure to take some backup saves, so you can try again if they don't unlock.

Those trophy glitches were fixed years ago with the 1.02 patch and the latest patch is 1.05 so you will be fine

. Before they were fixed, the workaround was to delete your character and start again

The 'difficult' part (which isn't difficult at all) is to get the enemies to die from the effect of the shots, not the shots themselves. As far as I understand it, anyway. The enemy needs to die from the constant damage that keeps occurring after shooting the enemy.

I do not know if that is truly the case but keeping an eye on that helped me get those trophies in no time at all.

Might have been the case before, but I don't think it is now. I at least can't remember that is how I thought when I went for the trophies, but you may be right though, as I can't really remember. Most of them came naturally, but I think one of the elements or something I had to grind. In any case, I believe there is a counter in-game, so it's easy to keep an eye on and count (IIRC).

The counter you're thinking of is in the mission list screen, just press

to switch to the challenges list
