Win every big tournament in one of the DLCs is by far the worst/hardest trophy. Grinding to level 50 just takes a while, it's not hard.

Getting to Lv50 is easy if you know what you're doing. Killing Crawmerax and getting the Big Tournament trophy, now that's hard!
