United We Stand - easier way

United We Stand - Gold Trophy
Defeat Sledge, Flynt, Krom, The Rakk Hive, or the Vault Boss on Co-Op.


So after defeating Krom solo, i wanted to transfer some items to one of my mules with the second controller. At the time i did not hand in the quest yet so its was simply ticked off on the quest list. As i loaded in my two characters, the trophy popped up. So in other words, dont hand in your quest yet, load up split screen with another controller and voila!

Would be cool if someone can confirm this. Would make things easier (kind of) for new players!

As if this trophy isn't easy enough already :P You have to kill one of them at some point to progress..

Inteesting find, I am surprised that work I thought the trophy popped after the actually kill not the quest checked off.

Just out of interest, can someone get that trophy by joining your 2.5 game and just re-killng a boss?

I'm pretty sure they could, I have earned trophies with my higher level friends, by doing so, not on pourpose but I did get it.

lol i was trying to level up another character for the assist kill trophy and when i plugged in a second controller this trophy popped i was like"hmm... free gold trophy... guess there is a gaming god" lol peanut butter jelly time

Just got it, do split screen with your main character in 1st PT. Then teleport to any boss with second player standing.

Kill the boss, you get the trophy.

Its necessary to kill boss with 1st character?!

I followed the instructions above but killed boss with second player and no trophy popped. The boss was Sledge.

It has to be the first player that kills the boss else it won't count and the same goes for all the "Wanted" and "Destroyed" trophies.
