Fully Bolt 8 Cars Demand

I'm trying to do this demand to face off against carver but the wording of it is not clear what do they mean by fully bolt?

I think it means to land all your fired bolts.
If you have 3 shots, all 3 have to hit the same car.

Yup, your entire power-up that you have must hit one single car for the demand. Do this 10 times and it's all yours.

Thanks for the answers I have another problem I'm on the last of the demands I have done all of them except for the stay at 120 MPH for a whole lap does anyone know the easiest way to do this?
