BloodRayne: Betrayal Trophy Guide & Road Map
 Overview:
Trophy Breakdown 1-  4- 7- INTRODUCTION: Welcome to BloodRayne: Betrayal. It's a new downloadable 2D sidescrolling entry in the BloodRayne series. If you're looking for a challenge then this is a game to play. In this installment, Rayne is joining up with the Brimstone Society in order to put an end to a vampire genocide. Bloodrayne has a variety of moves such as a bite attack where she can suck on an enemy's health to restore her own or infect them, turning them into a walking grenade. She also has a dash move to get behind enemies and dodge attacks. The original video game femme fatale, Rayne, has returned to battle and feed in a brand new hack ‘n slash adventure. Slay ghastly enemies as Rayne, the sexy dhampir with superhuman strength, speed, and agility, recruited by the vampire hunting Brimstone Society for one last mission. The target is a lavish, yet sinister ball in a secluded castle with plenty of dark and gruesome surprises. With the help of a mysterious friend, and members of Brimstone, Rayne must infiltrate the manor, take out the fiendish horde, and stop an evil master plot once and for all. Controls Melee Attack  Jump  Dash  Grab  Detonate/Taunt  Shoot Gun  Swap Gun  Transform  Game Time STEP ONE Compete the game - During your playthrough, get used to the game. It's tough in some areas but with dedication it becomes easier. During your playthrough, focus on getting all vampire skulls for the Skulltastic trophy. Also, make sure to get environmental kills so you can get the Collateral Trophy. Listed below is the order you should go after each trophy. Chapter 1: The Last Bullet Ms. Perfect Chapter 2: That Funky Puncher Chapter 8:  A Foot Face Chapter 10: Walking On Air Chainsplosion When you clear the game you should have: Skulltastic Survive To Sunrise Collateral STEP TWO Clean up - Whatever trophies you have left go after them. Abuse chapter select and learn each chapter well because you'll be going for the Pro Vamp Trophy. It's the hardest trophy for this game. Listed below are the trophies you should have left after clearing the game. 8 Fingers, 8 Bits Pro Vamp Coffin Kicker Good Luck And Remember To Be Patient And Dedicated For 100%

Trophy Guide  Skulltastic - Collect all the ancient vampire skullsAncient vampire skulls are red-like skulls scattered all across the game. To keep track of all the vampire skulls, simply check the chapter statistics during the chapter select menu. It will tell you in order the name of the chapter, your score, your rank and finally how many skulls you’ve collected for that chapter. There are 50 ancient vampire skulls total. Example below… Chapter 1 Forest Assault Score: 101550 Rank: S - Dhampir Skulls: 4/4 There are walkthroughs across the net to help you find them. You may not need them since the game makes it easy for you to see them. Here is a video to show you exactly where each skull is.  Survived to Sunrise - Complete the gameJust complete the game. There are a total of 15 chapters. The game isn’t that long but it can take a while because of some tight areas to get past. Patience and dedication is all you need to survive it. The more you play a level or boss, the better you will become. If you check out my skull location video above, at the end of it the trophy pops after i cleared the game.  Pro Vamp - Finish every level with the ranking 'Dhampir'Hardest trophy. Don’t know what the developer was thinking for this trophy. It is what makes this game hard to 100%. With patience and determination you will eventually get the trophy. Dhampir ranking is basically getting S-ranks on every chapter. Some chapters are brutally evil but even so, with enough determination it can be conquered. Good luck, you will need it. Tips to get a Dhampir rank: 1. Complete the chapter without getting touched. Less damage you take means you will receive a higher bonus. 2. Complete the chapter very fast. The faster you are, the higher bonus you will receive. 3. Try to aim for clearing the chapter with 30,000 pts. This will ensure your Dhampir rank. Try to get as much treasure as possible and complete those mini speed challenges to boost your points. Here is an example of getting a S-rank The video below is S-rank walkthrough for chapter 15. The Pro Vamp trophy unlocks at the end.  Walking on Air - Hop on 50 heads in a row without touching the groundBest place to earn this is during chapter 10. It can be done anywhere that has multiple blob enemies to jump on. It's easier on chapter 10 though. Halfway through the chapter you will reach a checkpoint. In clear view you will see the platforms that will drop if you stand on them. As soon as you are in the middle of this area, blob enemies will spawn. Now you can jump on them by pressing  + . There will be about 10 of them for you to bounce on. You only need 5 blob enemies to do this, but some of them will spawn a bit far from you so you will have to rely on to move through the air and + to continue hopping on their heads. Yes if you touch the ground the count will start over so be careful not to touch the ground. Thankfully there’s the checkpoint near by so if you mess up, just kill yourself.Here is a video for help.  Ms. Perfect - Complete any level while taking no damageBest place to get this at is chapter 1. The other chapters are tough, cheap and downright evil. It will take a while to get this trophy because you must get the hang of things such as killing your enemies quickly. The other thing is trying not to get touched. You should wait until you get enough skulls and acquire more bullets for your gun. This can be a life-saver to blow enemies down if you’re outnumbered in some areas. See video…  Chainsplosion! - Chain-explode 5 enemiesBest place to earn this is during chapter 10. It is a little past where you can get the Walking on Air Trophy. It can be done on any chapter if you’re surrounded by 5 or more enemies (6 total). It's easy to do… Simply bite an enemy and press to detonate him to create a explosion. If done perfectly, you will create a chain reaction from that explosion, causing multiple enemies around that explosion to blow up as well. It might take a few tries because sometimes the enemies don’t group closely enough to perform a chain reaction. Make sure everyone is near the blast.Here is a video for help.  Coffin Kicker - Kick open the Coffin Rocket 20 timesThis is another easy trophy. You can spam this to get the trophy within 5-10 minutes. Simply start a chapter, wait for her coffin to hit the ground, then press Rayne will kick the coffin door open. Restart level by pressing  and go to chapter selection screen and pick the same level you were on. Trophy will pop after your 20th Rocket bonus. The Last Bullet - Kill 5 enemies with a single gunshotYou can also get this on chapter 1. Basically, you must kill 5 enemies in a single gunshot. Chapter 1 has atleast 3 areas where this can be done. As soon as you see 5 enemies on the screen shoot all of them with one bullet, then when they get back up, again shoot them with your second bullet and all five of them will die. You should see a bonus 5x pop up under your health bar. That means you did it and the trophy should pop after that. See video…  That Funky Puncher - Defeat Crab Puncher without getting hitThis is a bit tricky and it took me a while to do this. Eventually I got the hang of it and found an easier way to do this. You will beat the boss in 15 seconds. 1st of all, you will need 4 bullets. At the beginning of the fight you must quickly use your gun. Those four bullets will take out half of its life in 2 seconds. Shoot twice on the right arm and twice in the left arm. You must be quick because the arms will slam the walls randomly and cause the rocks to fall on you… After firing bullets, hurry and hop on the right glowing arm that is left. (The boss has 4 arms, 2 arms on each side). You must hop until that arm goes out so pay attention. After that arm goes out, hurry to the opposite arm and hop on it as well. You will avoid all those rocks falling on you. When you beat the boss quickly, you will avoid those pesky insects touching you. Trophy will pop as soon as you defeat the boss. See video…  Collateral - Kill 250 enemies with environmental hazardsEasy trophy… You’ll get this over time if you’re constantly killing enemies. Environmental hazard kills are… 1. Enemies near explosive barrels detonating. 2. Tossing enemies in acid/lava 3. Hitting enemies on spikes 4. Hitting enemies towards spinning blades. 5. Hitting enemies towards head lights to burn up. 6. Enemies in the path when you toss barrels. Etc… Secret Trophies  A Foot Face? - Find the hidden idol Chapter 8 is where you find the hidden idol. It will be inside a suit of armour. Simply hit it and the trophy will pop afterwards. See video.  8 Fingers, 8 Bits - Activate BloodRayne: Betrayal's alternate soundtrackEasiest trophy in the game… Simply put in the cheat during the chapter select menu. You have to hold    - the trophy will pop right after you hear a funny sound. *Note* that’s why its called “8bits, 8fingers”.Here is video for the secret trophy. The following is if he has not added anything since you mentioned the roadmap being short:
A roadmap doesn't have to be full of detail if a game doesn't need it... From what I can tell, the game is very straightforward. He explains what Chapter you need to be on when you're after certain trophies as well as the two trophies that need special attention (the environmental kills and the skulls across all the chapters). For a PSN title this is enough for the 1/3 credit. If he has since added to it after you mentioned it being short, ignore what I said above. Anyway, *Guide Stuck* |

Nice guide, and congrats on the stick! Not sure why everyone is voting 9's and 10's on the difficulty. This game definitely wasn't a 9 or 10, but more like a 6 or 7. The Dhampir ranks took me about a day or two (after I actually started trying for them).
But nice guide nonetheless
