Need Injury Help, Have Sack help

Need help getting these injuries
Torn ACL
Ruptured Achillies
Punctured Lung
Broken Femur
Fractured Knee Cap
Spinal Fracture

Up to D1 and got 24/31.Played a lot of Prison Ball and Bonecrushers as well.

And I got the Bulldozer trophy by
Divison 2 game vs. Atlanta 404. Franchise was a FS. FG Block every play. Blitz most times on left side. Ended up with 14 sacks.

Punctured Lung can be obtain (by luck) using Unleashed + X

Spinal Fracture - Just keep tackling from the back

Broken Femur - still working on this ... is my last one and have been trying for almost 2 weeks... if i dont get this soon i am afraid i might break a femur for real

it seems the best way to achive the femur break is to take out the left knee then when the player heals do it again, That is what i was told in game by someone with the trophy
