Question: Is it possible to play throught the game to the end and before heading to the final set of rooms going back and getting all the stuff you missed?

Yes I missed a couple diares and just went back and got them. So yes you can go back and get what you missed.

Cool I'm near the end and I'm missing some tonics, diaries, and 1 weapon station.

Also I never harvested any little sisters. I rescued all of them and never got the silver hidden trophy.

You must find them all on 1 playthrough.

I'm not sure about that link, is it just me or does it say that there's only 1 Tonic in the Medical Pavillion? There's like 4

I completed the game and missed one diary on my first run-through, but I'd deleted my save by accident so I only had a save at the Proving Grounds and couldn't get the diary I was missing. So I've gotta find them all again lol
