I just figured out a faster way with a friend:

In ADAM Grab, let your partner capture the sister. Then you have to Hack a Vending Machine. After that, your partner (who is with the sister) should keep using Telekinesis (hold L2) in the Proximity Bombs that the hacked vending machine will drop. You then just have to keep hacking (approximately a hack every 1,5 second - with Speedy Hacker tonic).

When your partner completes 2:59 minutes with the sister, he should drop her. Then you pick the sister and keep using the Telekinesis while your partner hacks the vending machine.

I got 2000 ADAM in a 10-minute round this way, even making some mistakes.
